Vishakhapatnam has moderate and pleasant weather throughout the year, so you can have a trip to this place at any given time of the year. But if you like a moderately cool weather, the winter season is the best time to visit the beach with the temperature circling in 20-degrees Celsius range. The monsoons here are very pleasant as well and you can enjoy the area at that time also, except you cannot do swimming at this time because the water-current rises a bit.
The months of March, April, and May are a bit hot so those must be avoided. Other than that, the beach can be visited any time of the year.
